How long does production take?
All books are handmade and typically made to order. Production time is 1–2 weeks for single books and 2–3 weeks for sets or large orders. Please take this into account when placing your order.
How does shipping work?
All orders are shipped from Germany. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on your location.
Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive and can be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Why is my location not available?
If it says sold out for every single book on my website it's very likely that shipping to your region is not available. If that is the case you can message me anytime and I will check if shipping to your location can be made available.
Can I request a custom commission?
Custom commissions are not available at the moment. Any updates will be announced on Instagram: @prettybinding.
How should I care for my book?
Please handle your book with care, as it is a handmade item. Keep it away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight to prevent damage or fading.
What language are the books in?
All books are in English unless stated otherwise or specifically requested.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because each rebind is made to order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are not accepted for the same reason.

What should I expect from a handmade book?
Due to the handmade nature of the rebinding process, minor imperfections may be present. These are part of the character of each piece and make every book unique.
